This the 28th day of February A. D. 1953, came on to be presented to the Court bq
Lee Taylor, ciair.:ant for the care and nursing of Riley Smith an invalid, from February 6th,
1953 to February 20th, 1953. It appearing to the court, that Mr. Taylor has worked 22 days
on 24 hour basis and that he should be paid the sum of ~10.0U per day. Therefore by motion
duly made by Guthrie seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the court that the County
Clerk be and is hereby directed to issue voucher against the County Treasurer in the amornt ^
of :`Y220.00 payable to Lee Tay=lor payable out of the General Fund of Kerr County, 'T'exas.

Nc. 5985. ACCEPTANCE OF DITTN._1R & COP."PANY AS LOPIEST BIDDER FOR IURCHASE OF~OO,000.00 BONDS.
This the 28th day of February, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the court the bids
of six bonding companies for the purchase of :200,000.00 bonds, namely Chas. Schreiner (Unin-
corporated), Kerrville, Texas; Dewar Robertson & Pancoast, San Antonio, 'Texas; xausche~°, Fierce
~: Cor.,pany, San Antonio and Dallas; R. J. Edwards, Inc., San Antonio and Dallas, Texas; The
Columbian Securities Corporation of Texas, San Antonio, Texas, and Dittmar & Company, San
Antonio and Dallas, Texas. It appearing to the court that Dittr,:ar and Company had the lowest
bid with an average interest at the rate of 2.459 per cent with a net interest cost of X41,595.00
and that Kerr County should accept and sell the X200,000.00 bonds to Dittmar & Company of San
Antonio and Dallas, Texas, as per contract duly executed and entered herewith.
