and accounts filed against Kerr County since the last term of this court, and it appearing

The weekly paq roll vouchers lssued by the County Clerk as per Commissioners Court Order
No. 5997, dated Marsh 11th, 1953, be end is hereby approved end confirmed for the weeks
ending February 14th, 1953, February 21st, 1953, February 28th, 1953 and Meroh 7th, 1953,
end the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to keep such sworn affidavit on file in his
office.

No. 5989. AUTHORITY FOR PAYMENT DECEMBER 1952 SOCIAL SECURITY TAX.
This the 9th day of March A. D. 1953, came on to be presented to the court the necessit;
to complete the December, 1952 report with the Texas State Department of Public Welfax•e,
covering the Social Security in the amount of "205.12, together with X30.75 for admini.strat i'
costs on 41 employees et ~ .75 each. It appearing to the court that said report sho ul.d be
in the mail es of even date herewith, and that like payments should be ordered paid. There-
fore by motion duly made by Coff, seconded by Powell cad unanimously approved by the court
that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer
