FOR PRESENTATION TO THE GRAND JURY.
This the 10th day of March, A. D. 1953, came on. to be further considered by the court
the petitions filed on March 9th, 1953, under Order Number 5987 which so requests the Comm-
issioners Court to comply with Article 3896, R. C. S. of the State of Taxes by filing ttie
copy of the audit for the County Books for the years of 1949-1950. It appearing to the court
that such statutes should be complied with, and that the District Attorney be the proper
person to submit such report to the Grand Jury. Therefore by motion duly made. by Cuthr:ie,
seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by the court that the District Attorney has teen
presented with a copy of the 1949-1950 audit, Piled by M. R. Meredith, and that such of]'icer
be and is hereby directed to present said copy to the nett Grand Jury for their exam ins t, ion.

accounts should be paid, therefore by motion duly made by Coff, seconded by Guthrie and unan-
