the petitions Piled on Meroh 9th, 1953, under Order Number 5987 which so requests the Comm-
issioners Court to comply with Article 3896, R. C. S. of the State oP Texas by Piling the
copy of the audit Por the County Books for the years oY 1949-1950. It appearing Lo the court
that such statutes should be complied with, and that the District Attorney be the proper
person to submit such report to the Grand Jury. The rePore by motion duly made. by Guthrie,
seconded by GoYf, end unanimously approved by the oourt that the District Attorney has been
presented with a copy of the 1949-1950 audit, filed by M. R. Meredith, and that such officer
be end is hereby directed to present said copy to the nett Grand Jury for their ezem inat ion.

This the 11th day of March A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the court the claims
end accounts filed against Kerr County, and it appearing to the court that auoh cla ima and
accounts should be paid, therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie end unan-
imously approved by the court that all claims filed against the General Fund, Road and Bridge
No. 2, and Road and Bridge No. 3 should be approved for payment as filed herein, and the
County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer for like
amounts,
