It appearing to the court that said officer is entitled to such increase as per Article 3912g and that same should be authorized. FULL AND FINAL SETTLIMENT Y1ITH Rf9SA D. CLEh':ENTS, ET. VIR. This the 25th day of March A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the court the necess- ity to make a final settlement with Rosa D. Clements et. vir. for the damage: to their resi- dent building as a result of the widening of the Kerrville-Ingram Highway Ne. 27. It appear- ing to the court that the structure of said resident is now located on said Highway right- of-way, and consist of a concrete block structure on the outside thereof, artd that it will .-. be necessary to set back, replace and rebuild the exact floor plan of said resident which is 30 x 24 feet including a porch. It will be necessary to rebuild the wa1Ha and extend and reset the plumbing at a cost of $780.00; that the painting would cost X600.00; rewiring of the house X425.00, building of the walks and porch X190.00; Material X1180.00; Labor X1512.00 and floor covering in the amount of X210.00 and the replacing of the schrub:;, labor, etc, would cost X164.00. It appearing to the court that such structure is unr:ova.ble and it is necessary that same should be rebuilt, and that the proposed cost on rebuilding would be X5061.00 Dollars, and that such amount should be payable to Mr. and Mrs. Clements upon their executing a proper right-of-way deed favorable to the State of Texas, and submitting an ex- ecuted release for full and final settlement and forfeit a copy of the contract entered into between themselves and Jno, R. Leavell County Judge, and Lee Goff, Commissioner Precinct No. 4. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, and the county Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer on the Kerrville-Ingram Road and Bridge Right-of-way Fund, Highway 27, payable to ,., Rosa D. Clements and husband, C. A. Clements in the sum of X5061.00 for rebuilding the re- sidence of Rosa D. Clements and husband, C. A. Clements at a new location, and replacing of the porch, walks, plumbing, painting, wiring, material, floor covering and all labor, pro- vided, the said Rosa D. Clements and husband C. A. Clements, shall present a duly executed
