No. 6033. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF FINES, JUDGRSENTS AND JURY FEES COLLECTED IIQ JITSTICE

~! This the 13th day of April, A. D. 1953, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
report of Virgil Storms, Justice of the Peace, Precinct y~l, Kerr County, Texas, covering the
month of March, 1953, of criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees collected
showing a sum of X115.00 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to
a fee of ~?4.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and that
said off icer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore by motion duly
made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be
approved and that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to pay the fee of ~i24.00 to Judge
Storms, to-wit:
X8.00 out of the Road and Bridge Fund and :16.00 out of the General Fund of Kerr County,
Texas.

report of Hugh R. Engelman, Justice oP the Peace Precinct #4, of Kerr Country, Texas, covering
the month of It2arch, 1953, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, Judgments and Jury fees collected
showing a sum oP X13.10 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a
fee of X6.00 and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct, and that said
officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore by motion duly made
by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be approv-
ed and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of 4,$6.00 to Judge
Engelman, to-wit: ?k2.00 payable out of the Road and Bridge Fund, and X4.00 out of the General
Fund of Kerr County, Texas.

report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace Precinct ~2, of Kerr County, Texas, covering
the month of March, 1953, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees collected
showing a sum of X102.00 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to
a fee oP X21.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct, and that
said officer is entitled to his fees and that scene should be paid; therefore by motion duly
made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said report be
approved, and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of X21.00 to
Judge Pringle, to-wit: .7.00 out of Road and Bridge, and X14.00 out of the General Fund oP
Kerr County, Texas.

This the 13th day of April, A. D. 1953, came on to be examined by the court the monthly
report of collections and deposits made by Oliver Moore, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, for all
fees and mileage fees collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for the
month of March, 1953, in amount of x'274.45, and it appearing to the court that the itemized
report of collections and deposits as submitted, are true and correct and should be app--roved
by the court; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously
approved by the court.
