This the 13th day of April, A. D. 1953, came on to be examined, the monthly expense report
of E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector, of Kerr County, Texas, for the month of :March,
1953, showing an actual and necessary expense of X1276.35, incurred by him in the conduct of
his office during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct,
and such expenditures should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by
Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the court for such expenditures indicated therein.

This the 13th day of April, A. D. 1953, came on to be examined by the Court, the monthly
report of Jno. R. Leavell, County Judge, of Kerr County, Texas, for the month of March, 1953,
showing an actual and necessary expense of .~k,78.78, incurred by him in the conduct of his office
during said month.
It appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and such expenditures shculd
be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approv-
ed by the court for such expenditures therein. "~

er be and are hereby directed to transfer X5000.00 from Kerr County Lateral Road and Bridge
Fund and Farm-to-market Road and Bridge Fund to Road and Bridge Right-of-way Fund Farm-•to-
market 689, for the use of fencing and expense in securing the right-of-way for Farm-to-market
689.

ed by Powell, and unanimously approved by the court that the County Clerk be, and is hereby
directed to apportion the following amounts out of the Road and Bridge Fund to the respective
Commissioners Precincts, to-~vit:

It is further ordered and decreed by the court that the sum of $1,000.00 be transferred
from Kerr County Lateral Road and Bridge and Farm-to-P~arket Fund to the Kerr County Lateral
Road and Bridge f~3, to take care of the deficit that existed therein, prior to January 1st,
1953.
