ORnER Ai?THORI'IP?G THE ISSUANCE OF BOD?DS THE STATE OF TEXAS: COUNTY OF KSIZR On this the 14th day of April, 1953, the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, convened in regular session at a Regular Term thereof ai; the regular meet- ing place in the Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas, with all members of the Court present, to- wit: Jno. R. Leavell L. Ti. Guthrie V. D. Powell Adolph Bartel Lee Coff Lawrence Stephens County Judge Commissioner Precinct No. 1, Commissioner Precinct No. 2, Commissioner Precinct No. 3, Commissioner Precinct No. 4, County Clerk when, among other proceedings had, the following order was passed: 7lHFuREAS, on the ".5th day of February, 1953, the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, by an order duly and legally passed, ordered that an election be held throughout said County on the 7,4th day of March, 1953, for the purpose of determing whether the Couunissioners Court of said County shall be authorized to issue the bonds of said County in the amount oP ~200,OOO.GO for the purpose of constructing an Agricultural and Livestock Exhibition Building in and for said County, as authorized by the Constitution and Laws of the State of Texas, and particularly Article 2372d-2, Revised Civil Statutes of Texas of 19`:5, as amended; said bonds to bear interest at a rate not to exceed three (30) per cent per annuim, and payable serially within fifteen (15) years from their date, and whether said Court shall be authorized to levy a tax sufficient to pay the interest on said bonds and create a sinking fund sufficien' to redeem them at maturity; and, ^! 'NHEREAS, notice of said election was given by publication in THE KERRVILLE TLA°ES, a news- paper of general circul•~tion published in Kerr County, Texas, and which notice was published in said newspaper on the same day in each of t~^ro successive weeks, the date of first publi- cation being not less than fourteen (14) full days prior to the date of the election, and in
