when, among other proceedings had, the following order was passed:
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of Feb ruery, 1953, the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Teaas,
by as order duly and legs lly passed, ordered that en election be held throughout said County
on the 24th day of March, 1953, Por the purpose of detarm ing whether the Commissioners Court
of said County shall be authorized to ins ue the bonds of acid County in the amount oP
ffi200,000.00 for the purpose of constructing an Agricultural and Livestock Eahib it ion Building
in end Por said County, es authorized by the Constitution and Lawa of the State of Texas,
and particularly Article 2372d-2, Revised Civil Statutes of Teaas of 1925, es amended; said
bonds to bear interest at a rate not to eaceed three (3,~) per cent per annum, and payable
serially within Pifteen (15) years Prom their date, and whether said Court shall be authorize
to levy a tae sufficient to pay the interest on said bonds and create a sinking fund sufPicie~
to redeem them at maturity; and,
WHEREAS, notice of said election was given by publication in TAE KERRVZLLE TIMES, a news-
paper of general circ ul ~•t ion published in Kerr County, Texas, and which notice was published
in said newspaper on the same day in each of two suocessive weeks, the date of first publi-
cation being not less then Po urteen (14) full days prior to the date of the election, and in
