and accounts filed against Kerr County, since March 13th, 1953, session of this court, against
the Road and Bride {~2, and Road and Bridge #4. It appearing to the court that such c:Laims
and accounts should be paid, therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Bartel, and
unanimously approved by the court, and the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw
vouchers against the County Treasurer in like amounts payable out of their respective :funds.

and that the discretion of the court is, that the offer made and quoted by the County Attorney

and unanimously approved by the court, that the offer quoted by the County Attorney in the

of a hearing to employ an architect, before any other plans are had in regard to the con-
structing of the agricultural building as a result of the election had on P~Sarch 24th, 1953,
authorizing the issuance of X200,000.00 bonds. It appearing to the court that it would be to ,~
