This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the court, the claims
and accounts filed against Kerr County, since March 13th, 1953, session of this court, against
the Road and Bride ~2, and Road and Bridge #4. It appearing to the court that such o:laims
and accounts should be paid, therefore by motion duly rrade by Guthrie, seconded by Bartel, and
unanimously approved by the court, and the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw
vouchers against the County Treasurer in like amounts payable out of their respective :funds.

hereby directed to transfer X1088.00 from Flood Control Fund to Road and Bridge /{4, as an
reimbursement for the use of :iachinery for 136 hours, including labor at X8.00 per hour for
the cleaning deb is, etc. from behind the Ingram Dam, the Guadalupe River, in Commissio:ner's

This the 14th day of April., A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the court, the offer
made and agreed to by part of the court members and quoted to Mrs. Ray Kilborn, nee Kitchen
by the County Attorney, James E. Nugent, in his letter of correspondence on settlement for
damages to her property as a result of the proposed Farm-to-Sr'arket 1350 Right-of-way. It
appearing to the court that no minutes in regard to said offer had been previously entered
and that the discretion of the court is, that the offer made and quoted by the County Attorney
should be confirmed at this time. Ther=fore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie
and unanimously approved by the court, that the offer quoted by the County Attorney in the
amount of ~p65,00 to Mrs. Ray Kilborn, nee Kitchen, for the dama;e to her property on the pro-
posed Right-of-:Way, Farm-to-I~:arket 1350, be approved and confirmed in the amount of Sixty-

This the 14th day of Anril, A. D. 1955, came on to be considered by the court, the setting
of a hearing to employ an architect, before any other plans are had in regard to the con-
structing of the agricultural building as a result of the election had on March 24th, 1953,
authorizing the issuance of X200,000.00 bonds. It appesring to the court that it would be to
the best interest of Kerr County to set a date for hearing as of Friday Apr.?4th, 1953 at
9:00 o`clock A. tv1. to he.'r various architects, in order that the Commissioners Court may
