D. 19`.3, came on to be presented to the court the original application for a third class road dated March 21st 1953 executed by eleven property owners along the proposed route, which application was originally filed on March 2.4th, 1953 and was withdrawn on the advisement of the Commissioners Court and re-filed on the 17th day of April, A. D. 1953, after all parties had re-executed said petition showing a change therein from. a r'^ third class to a second class road. It appearing to the court that the amended petition for second class road should be approved and that proper notices should be issued in accordance with the law. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the ccurt that the petition for a second class road made by Robert Al7erkamp and others should be granted and that proper notice should be made to co,;.nl,y with the law for the establishment of a second class road. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o Highway 27 No. 6053.
