D. 19tH, came on to be presented to the court the original application for a third class road dated March 21st, 1953 executed by eleven praperty ovaners along the proposed route, which application was originally filed on March 24th, 1953 and was withdrawn on the advisement of the Commissioners Court and re-filed on the 17th day of April, A. D. 1953, after all parties had re-executed said petition showing a change therein from a r third class to a second class road. It appearing to the court that the amended petition for second class road should be approved and that proper notices should be issued in accordance with the law.
