This the 11th day of h",ay, 1953, came on to be considered by the Court, 1;he necessity to ^~ confirm the expenditure of the County Clerk from the County Clerk Fund, the sum of X78.08 of his 1950 delinquent fees collected in 1951, and the sum of X275.02 expenditure of his 1950 excess fees used to pay his deputies and assistants, as the current Pees of Y~is office were in- sufficient to pay the salaries of his deputies and assistants for the year 1951. Therefore, by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by the Court that the expenditure by the County Clerk from the County Clerk Fund in the sum oY X78.08 of the 1950 de- linquent fees collected in 1951, together tivith X275.02 of his 195D excess fees be confirmed during the year 1951. o-o-o-o-o-o-o No. 6063. S. It appearing to the Court that said officer is entitled to funds as set out therein, and that he should be allowed the sum of X500.00, payable to the County Clerk Fund.
