No. 6062. CONFIR~,7ATION OF 1951 Ex'f'ENDITURE OF 1950 DELIN~?UENT EXCESS FEES.
This the 11th day of Lgay, 1953, came on to be considered by the Court, t;he necessity to
r` confirm the expenditure of the County Clerk from the County Clerk Fund, the sum of X78.08 of
his 1950 delinquent fees collected in 1951, and the sum of X275.02 expenditure of his 1950
excess fees used to pay his deputies and assistants, as the current fees of Yiis office were in-
sufficient to pay the salaries of his deputies and assistants for the year 14151. Therefore, by
motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by the Court that the
expenditure by the County Clerk from the County Clerk Fund in the sum of x$78.08 of the 1950 de-
linquent fees collected in 1951, together with X275.02 of his 1956 excess fees be confirmed
during the year 1951.

No. 6063. PAYT?ENT OF :500.00 TO COUNTY CLERK FUND AS PER ARTICLE X13932, R. C. S.
This the 11th day of Tviay, 1953, came on to be presented to the Court by Lawrence Stephens,
County Clerk, the necessity for funds for the operation of his office as set out in Article
#3932, R. C. S. It appearing to the Court that said officer is entitled to funds as set out
therein, and that he should be allowed the sum of X500.00, payable to the County Clerk Fund. By
motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Goff, the vote having carried as Bartel was absent from
the roo.-a, the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized the sum of °.h 500.00, payable to the County
Clerk Fund by proper voucher drawn on General Fund of rierr County.
