This the 11th day of May, 1953, came on to be considered by the Court, the necessity to confirm the expenditure of the County Clerk from the County Clerk Fund, the sum of X78.08 of his 1950 delinquent fees collected in 1951, and the sum of X275.02 expenditure of his 1950 excess fees used to pay his deputies and assistants, as the current fees of his office were in- sufficient to pay the salaries of his deputies and assistants for the year 1951.
