This the 13th day ot'D?ay, 1953, came on to be considered by the Court, the sale of the
X200,000.00 Agricultural and Livestock Exhibition Building Fund bonds, which would require an
additional bond as such depository in a sum eeual to the whole amount of such special fund. It
appearing to the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank, Uninc. should increase such depository to
such extent and must keep such additional depository in force so long as such funds remain in

such depository. Therefore,/motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously ap-
proved by the Court that Chas. Schreiner Bank, Uninc. be notified to increase the County Deposi-
tory Pledge Contract in a sum equal to the whole amount of the Special ,Agricultural and Live-
stock Exhibition Building Fund, to be kept in force so long as such funds remain in such deposi-
tory. The County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to forward a Certified Copg of this order to
the Chas. Schreiner Bank, Uninc., and that this order is made in compliance with Articles 2548

E. Nugent, County Attorney, requesting that Comrnissioner's Court Order X5961 on page 141, in
Vol, k, be mod ifie;d to read "that the Corrunissioner's Court requested James E. Nugent, County
Attorney, to assi~~t Joe Burkett, Jr., State Representative, for legislation on erection of ':'Jar

the Court is of the opinion that such request should be granted. Therefore, by motion duly made

E. Nugent, County Attorney, requesting the Commissioner's Court to modify order ~;b537, dated
January 24th, 1953, on page 134 in Vol. K, be caused or changed to read "at the request of the
r Commissioner's Court, James E. Nugent, County Attorney, to be directed to prepare necessary
documents for the joint control of the City and County, to act in regard to any lease operations
that may be required in connection with the I4ooney Aircraft, Inc. :!therefore, the Court is of
the opinion that such modification should be made at this time. Therefore, by motion duly made
by Goff, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court, that order ;5937, dated
January 24th, 1953, on page 134 in Vol. "K" of the Comrissioner's Court Iviinutes, be corrected
to read that the request of James E. Nugent be changed to read "at the request of the Commiss-
ioner's Court, James E. Nugent, County Attorney, be directed to prepare necessary documents"
for the Joint Board of Control between the City of Kerrville and Kerr County, and the Idooney

On this the 14th day of Play, A. D. 1953, came on to be heard the application of R. H. Hole-

kamp and wife, Patsy Gene Holekamp, of Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas, for the approval of a re-
plat and field notes and dedication of a subdivision situated in and adjacent to the City of
Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas, and being described as Sites 10 and 13, Rees Subdivision to the
City of Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas, and which subdivision is to be known as a Replat of Sites
10 and 13, Rees Subdivision to the City of Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas, and, after having con-
sidered the same, it appearing to the Court that said subdivision dedicated a.nd field notes
thereof meet with the requirements of law, it is therefore ordered, adjudged .and decreed by the
Court that said subdivision known as replat of Sites 10 and 13, Rees Subdivision to the City of
Kerrville, Kerr County, `Texas, be admitted to record and the County Clerk of ;err County, Texas,
is hereby directed to record the same in the Deed Records of Kerr County, Texas.
It is further ordered that this order be spread upon the i~:inutes of the Commissioners Court
of Kerr County, Texas.
