This the 14th day of r:~ay, A. D. 1953, came on to be examined by the Court, the monthly re-
port of Virgil Storms, Justice of the Feace, Precinct ~1, Kerr Cotmty, Texas, covering the
month of April, 1953, of criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees collected
showing a sun of X135.10 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a
fee of X30.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and that said
officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore, by motion duly made by
Powell, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said report be approved
and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of X30.00 to Judge Storris,
to-wit: "10.00 out of the Road and Bridge Fund and 20.00 out of the General Fund of Kerr
County, Texas.

This the 14th day of 4IIay, 1953, came on to be examined by the Court, the monthly report of
Jno. R. Leavell, County Judge, of Kerr County, Texas, for the month of April, 1953, showing an a
actual and necessary expense of ,"p78.79, incurred by him in the conduct of his office during
said month. It appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and such expendi-
tures should be approved; therefore, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff, and unan-
imously approved by the Court for such expenditures therein.

1953, showing an actual and necessary expense of M1,054.05, incurred by him in the conduct of
his office during said month, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct,
and such expenditures should be approved; therefore, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by
Goff, and unanimously approved by the Court for such expenditures indicated therein.
