port of Virgil Storms, Justice of the Peace, Precinct frl, Kerr County, Texas, covering the
month of April, 1953, of criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees collected
showing a sun of ,135.10 collected and deposited v~ith the County Treasurer, entitling him to a
fee of x"30.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and t]~at said
officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore, by motion duly made by
Powell, seconded by Goff, and unanimously apnroved by the Court, that said report be approved
and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of 30.00 to Judge Storms,
to-wit: X10.00 out of the Road and Bridge Fund and 20.00 out of the General Fund of Kerr
County, Texas.

port of collections and deposits as submitted, are true and correct and should be approved by

by the court.

report of deposits and collections of Albert 3^lilson, Public e"deigher, Kerr County, Precinct ~1,
showing an aggregate of .~~54.50, collected for the month of April, 1953, and it appearing to the
Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved and that the City of Kerrville,
should be billed for one-half of the deficit of X45.50, which vaould be in the amount of 22.75
due Kerr Co!lnty. Therefore, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff and unanimously
approved by the Court that said report be approved and the County Clerk be and is Hereby direct-
ed to bill the City of Kerrville for one-half of the deficit between ?54.50 and X100.00, of
which :x22.75 is due as the cities pro rata part and that such amount when collected should be
deposited to the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.
