This the 14th day of May, A. D. 1953, came on to be examined by the Court, the monthly re-
port of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace Precinct #2, of Kerr County, Texas, covering the
month of April, 1953, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees collected
showing a sum of X17.95 collected and deposited vaith the County Treasurer, entitling him to a
fee of ?9.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct, and that said
officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid. Therefore, by motion duly made
by Powell, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said. report be approved,
and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of X9.00 to Judge Pringle,
to-wit: X3.00 out of Road and Bridge, and X6.00 out of the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.

month of April, 1953, in amount of X318.70, and it appearing to the Court that the itemized re-
port of collections and deposits as submitted, are true and correct and should be approved by
the Court. Therefore, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved
by the court.

report of deposits and collections of Albert ~'lilson, Public ~°deigher, Kerr County, Precinct f~l,
shovaing an aggregate of X54.50, collected for the month of April, 1953, and it appearing to the
Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved and that the City of Kerrville,
should be billed for one-half of the deficit of ,45.50, which would be in the amount of X22.75
due Kerr County. Therefore, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff and unanimously
approved by the Court that said report be approved and the County Clerk be and is hereby direct-
ed to bill the City of Kerrville for one-half of the deficit between X54.50 and X100.00, of
which :22.75 is due as the cities pro rata part and that such amount when collected should be
deposited to the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.
