directed to draw voucher against County Treasurer in the amount of X95.00 payable to Louis
Domingues, County Surveyor, for surveying the cut-off on Farm-to-P.'larket Road X1273 of which
said voucher is to be drawn on the General Fund of the County.

report of County Finances prepared by E. Gold, County Treasurer, and the quarterly tabular
statement by Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, for the Quarter ending April 30th, A. D. 1953.
F,/herefore, the Court, after making a thorough examination thereof are of the opinion that said
reports are true and correct and should be approved. Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff,
seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said reports be approved and
be filed by the County Clerk for future reference.

quest of Oliver i:.oore, Sheriff of Kerr County, praying for an increase in salary for his depu-
ties, namely C. A. Rodgers, and Alton Smith. FJherefore, the Court after due deliberation feel
that said deputies should be increased in salary in the amount of y~25.00 per month, retroactive
as of i:'ay 1st, A. D. 1953, the first payment to begin L"ay 31st, A. D. 1953 and payable to each
