report of County Finances prepared by E. Gold, County Treasurer, and the quarterly tabular
statement by Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, for the Quarter ending April 30th, A. D. 1953.
~Uherefore, the Court, after maY.ing a thorough examination thereof are of the opinion that said
reports are true and correct and should be approved. Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff,
seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said reports be approved and
be filed by the County Clerk for future reference.

ties, namely C. la. Rodgers, and Alton Smith. :'therefore, the Court after due deliberation feel
that said deputies should be increased in salary in the amount of X25.00 per month, retroactive
as of L:ay 1st, A. D. 195.3, the first payment to begin i:ay 31st, A. D. 153 and payable to each
deputy out of the General Fund of Kerr County. Therefore, by motion duly made by Guthrie, se-

directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer for the additional increase of X25.00 per
