It appearing to the Court that each of said grantors are entitled to an aggregate of X235.20 as
a full compensation for said land to be used for a new Right of "Jay Farmi to T.arket Road =^689.
Therefore, by motion duly made by Fo~.vell, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the
Court, that the aforementioned Right of ',Jay Deed be accepted in favor of the State of Texas and

ing. therefore, the Court has heretofore advertised for the emplo5~ent of an architect and
have been personally contacted in open court by at least six or more architects, and are of the
opinion that Harvey F. Smith & Associates would be the best cualified architect and shou:Ld be
selected by the Court, subject to approval of the entering into of a contract v;ith said :firm.
