This the 16th day of T?ay, A. D. 1953, ca:ae on to be considered by the Court the cost of
mileage and services rendered by Ferdinand Tatsch, John Bailey, snd F. A. Hannah, appointed
^, Special Cosaissioners in Condemnation Proceedings in Cause ;400, entitled, "TY;e State of Texas
vs. :Garietta Ella 3ilborn, nee i{itch ins," for the new Ri:ht of '+`!ay to be used in the construc-
lion of F. :,:. 1350. It anpeariaig to the Court that each of the aforementioned Commissioners
are entitled to 6˘( per mile and X3.00 per diem for two days service. It further appearing to
the Court that Ferdinand Tatsch traveled a distance of 100 n.iles, and John Bailey a distance of
44 miles, and that such conunissioners are entitled to said mileage at the rate: of 6~ per mile.
Therefore, by motion duly made by Po;•aell, seconded by i?artel, and unanimously approved by the
Court that County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the: County Treasurer
payable to the following Commissioners in the respective amounts, to-gait: Ferdinand Tatsch,
X12.00, John Bailey, j8.64, F. A• Hannah, p6.00, each payable out of the R. ~ B. R. ";l. Fund F.T.'.
1350, for mileage and services rendered in the aforementioned Condemnation proceedings.
