It anpeariaig to the Court that each of the aforementioned Commissioners are entitled to 6˘( per mile and X3.00 per diem for two days service. It further appearing to the Court that Ferdinand Tatsch traveled a distance of 100 n.iles, and John Bailey a distance of 44 miles, and that such conunissioners are entitled to said mileage at the rate: of 6~ per mile. Therefore, by motion duly made by Po;•aell, seconded by i?artel, and unanimously approved by the Court that County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the: County Treasurer payable to the following Commissioners in the respective amounts, to-gait: Ferdinand Tatsch, X12.00, John Bailey, j8.64, F.
