r"I Special Commissioners in Condemnation Proceedings in Cause #400, entitled, "The State of Texas
va. Marietta Ella Kilborn, nee $itchins," for the new Right of Way to ba need in the oonetrua-
tion of F. M. 1350. It appearing to the Court that each of the aforementioned Commissioners
are entitled to 8~ per mile end ¢3.00 per diem for two days service. It further appearing to
the Court that Ferdinand Tatsch traveled a distance of 100 miles, and John Bailey a diatanoe o
44 miles, end that such oommissionara are eat ltled to said mileago at the rata of 8( per mile.
Therefore, bq motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Bartel, end unanimously approved by the
Court that County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to drew voucher against the County Treesnre
payable to the following Commissioners in the respective amounts, to-wit: Ferdinand Tataoh,
$12.00, Sohn Bailey, $8.84, F. A. Hannah, $6.00, each payable out of the R. & B. R. W. Fund F.
1350, for mileage and services rendered in the aforementioned condemnation proceedings.
