tlon of F. M. 1350. It appearing to the Court that eaoh of the aforementioned Commissioners
are entitled to 6~ per mile and $3.00 per dieA: for two days servioe. It further appearing to
the Court that Ferdinand Tatsch traveled a distance of 100 miles, and John Bailey a distanoe o
44 miles, and that such aommissionera are ant itlefl to said mileage at the rata of 6{ per tulle.
Therefore, by motion duly made by Powell, seoonded by Bartel, cad unanimously approved by the
Court that County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasure
peyabla to the Yollowing Commissioners in the respeotive amounts, to-wit: Ferdinand Tataoh,
$12.00, Sohn Bailey, $8.84, F. A. Hannah, $6.00, eaoh payable out of the R. & B. R. W. Fund F.
1350, for mileage and servioea rendered is the aforementioned oondemnation proceedings.
