in the amount of $2.73, which offio er Sa requesting a credit in like amount. It appearing to
the Court that said otfioer is entitled to a credit and that same should be approved by the
Court. Therefore, Dy motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Coif, and unanimously approved
by the Court that proper credit should be allowed said otfioer as fully set out in said appli
t ion of said Errors is Assessment for the year 1951.
