Thin the 9th day of June, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the Court the property ~,
valuations of the property owners that were duly notified to appear and show oausa why their ~',
property valuation should not be raised or lowered, which prop arty owners end assessments are
set out in Vol. 4, Page 99, Minutes of the Board of Equalization of Rerr County. It appearing
to the Court that properties liatad tharewn should be raised or lowered, as so indioated, and
that such equalized amounts should be adopted by the Court. Therefore, by motion duly made by
Guthrie, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved bq the Court that the adopted assessment€
and/or equalized renditions be adopted by the Court ae listed in the Minutes of the Board of
Equalization in Vol. 4, Page 99 thereof. The Taz Assessor and Collector ba, and is hereby di-
rected to sooept the equalization renditions on the aforementioned record of the Board of Equa]
ization, when pomp it ing the 1955 taz rolls of the County.
