valuations of the property owners that were duly notified to appear end show enure why their
property valuation should not be raised or lowered, which property owners and assessments are
set out in 401. 4, Pege 99, Mlautes of the Board of Equalization of Kerr County. It appearing
to the Court that propert las listed thereon should be raised or lowered, as so indicated, end
that such equalized amounts should be adopted bg the Court. TharaYora, by motion duly made by
Guthrie, seconded by Powell, sad unanimously approved Dy the Court that the adopted assessment
and/or equalized renditions be adopted by the Court as listed in the Minutes of the Board of
Equalization in Vol. 4, Page 99 thereoY. The Tez Assessor and Collector be, and is hereby di-
rected to sooept the equalization renditions on the aforementioned record of the Board of Equa
ization, when oomplling the 1955 tea rolls of the County. ~^k
