This the 27th day of June, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the Court the claim of
Netivton ~:7harton, in the amount of Twenty and No/100 020.00) Dollars for t.venty hours labor tri:a-
ming the court house lawn. It appearing to the Court that said claim is reasonable and just
and should be allo~a~ed. Therefore, by motion duly :Wade by Bartel, seconded by Foivell, and the
vote having carried, the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the
County Treasurer in the amount of T":/enty and No/100 (~20.OOj Dollars, on the Gener^1 Fund of
Kerr County, payable to ide~.vton ~"fharton for such labor performed.
