This the 27th Say of Jur_e, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the C'•ourt the claim of
^~ Newton ":'Jharton, in the amount of Twenty and 'So/100 020.00) Dollars for twenty hours labor tri-~-
ming the court house lawn. It appearing to the Court that said claim is reasonable and just
and should be allo-s;ed. Therefore, by motion duly made by Bartel, seconded by Powell, and the
vote having carried, the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the
County Treasurer in the account of Twenty and 2vo/100 (~?.0,00) Dollars, on the ^senerol Fund of
Kerr County, payable to Pie*aton :"Tharton for such labor performed.
