by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court and the County Clerk be, and is hereby direc-
ted to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer on all claims filed in like amounts therefor,
payable out of respective funds to the parties entitled thereto; that the labor bills on R. &
B. 71 and R. & B. r,-=4, and F. I.?. 1350, be confirmed as paid, for the weeks of June 13th, 20th,

This the 13th day of July, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the Court the applica-
tion of E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector of Kerr County, applying for his second ad-
vancement on his 1953 assessing commissions. It appearing to the Court that such advancement
should be made and payable out of the R. & B. Fund of Kerr County. Therefore, by motion duly
made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the Court, that County Clerk
be, and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in the a.*~ount o:P
X1000.00, payable to said officer out of the R. & B. Fund of Kerr County, Texas, as the second
advancement on his 1953 assessing commissions.

directed to apportion the following amounts out of the Road and Bridge Fund to the respe;etive
