1273 from State Highway 16, 7 miles Southwest of Kerrville, 'Hest to Camp Taaddox, a distance of
approximately 4.6 miles, and authorized its construction at an estimated cost of X44,000.00, be
and is hereby modified to describe the project as extending from State Highway 16, 7 miles
southwest of Kerrville, tilest, a distance of approximately 2.5 miles, at an estimated cost of
X22,000.00.
This action is taken at the request of the CommissionersT Court of Kerr County.

This the 14th day of July, A. D. 1953, came on to be examined by the Court, the monthly
report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace, Precinct ~~2, of Kerr County, Texas, covering
the month of June, 1953, of Cririinal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees collected
showing a sum of X25.00 collected and deposited vaith the County Treasurer, entitling him to a
fee of X9.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct, and that said
officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore, by motion duly made
by Guthrie, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said report be appro-
ved, and that the County Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to pay the fee of x`9.00 to Judge
Pringle, to-wait: X3.00 out of Road and Bridge, and w6.00 out of the General Fund of Kerr County,
Texas.
