report of deposits and collections of Albert ';lilson, Public 'uleigher, Kerr County, Precinct '~1,
showing an aggregate of ,~~169.76, collected for the month of June, 1953, and it appearing to the
Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved and that the City of ]{errville
should be reimbursed for one-half of the over-collection of x"69.76, which tivould be in the amount
of N34.88 due the City of Kerrville, payable out of the General Fund of Kerr County. Therefore,
by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by the Court that
said report be approved and the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to reimburse the City of
Kerrville for one-half of the over-collection of X69.76, payable out of the General Funrt of Kerr
County, Texas.
