the month of June, 1953, of criminal cases filed, vaitnesses, judgments and jury fees collected
showing a sum of X63.80 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a
fee of y30.00 and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct, and that said
officer is entitled to his fees, and that same should be paid; therefore, by motion duly made
by Guthrie, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said report be approv-
ed, and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of x"30.00 to Judge

report of deposits and collections of Al'oert ;'lilson, Public 'uleigher, Kerr County, Precinct ~1,
showing an aggregate of X169.76, collected for the month of June, 1953, and it appearing to the
Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved and that the City of Kerrville
should be reimbursed for one-half of the over-collection of X69.76, which would be in the amount
of .34.88 due the City of Kerrville, payable out of the General Fund of Kerr County. Therefore,
by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by the Court that
said report be approved and the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to reimburse the City of
Kerrville for one-half of the over-collection of 69.76, payable out of the General Fund of Kerr
