axed accounts f iced against Kerr County, since July 14th, A. D. 1953, against the General Fund,
R. & B. ~~1, and R. & B. R. 7J. Fd. F. P^,. 1350. It appearing to the Court that said claims are
true and 3ust and should be allowed out of the respective funds. Therefore, by motion duly
made by Guthrie, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by the Court, and the County Clerk
be, and is hereby directed to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer on all claims filed in
like amounts therefor, payable out of the respective funds to the parties entitled thereto.

is hereby authorized to perform the duties by use of County b'faintainer when the machinery of
Precinct #3 is available, in accordance with the provision of Article 2372c, R.C.S., as per app-
lication and contract entered, as follows, to-vait:

In accordance with the provisions of Article 2372c of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas,
I would like to have you come upon my land at as the old Albert Herbst farm for the purpose of

charge for such vrork toward the conservation of the fertility of my land. I believe that this
work would be for some public benefit and ask that you do so find.
