No. 6150. APPROVAL OF PLAT, DEDICATIOT7, AND FOLD NOTES, GUADALUPE TTEIGHTS N0. 2 ADDITION.
OAT this the 20th day of July, 1953, came on to be heard the application of A. C. Erv/in for
the approval for record of a certain plat and plan of an addition known as "Guadalupe Heights
No. 2"; And it appearing to the court that said plat, plan and dedication is in due and legal
form, and that the field notes and plat thereof are prepared by a licensed lan3 surveyor. of the
State of Texas, snd truly delineate the property on question: It is therefore ordered ghat the
same be admitted to record in the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, and that
this order be spread upon the minutes of this court.

This the 20th day of July, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the Court, the claims
and accounts filed against Kerr County, since July 17th, A. D. 1953, against the R. 3c B.. R. ;V.
Fd. F. T:T. 1350. It appearing to the Court that said claims are true and just and should be
allowed out of the respective funds. Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Povaell,
and unanimously approved by the Court, snd the County Clerk, be, and is hereby directed to draw
vouchers against the County Treasurer on both claims filed in like amounts therefor, payable
out of the R. & B. R. Vd. Fd. F. P~,. 1350, to the parties entitled thereto.

No. 6182. ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION FROT:." THE KERRVILLE BAR ASSOCIATION.
This the 20th day of July, A. D. 1953, came on to be presented to the Court by Darrell Lochte,
Attorney At Law, acting on behalf of The Kerrville Bar Association, requesting permission to
install electric light appliances in the District Court Room on the wall behind the District
Judge'; Chamber. It appearing to the Court that The Kerrville Bar Association should be; familiar
with the kind of lights appropriate for this location and that such donation of such ele:etrical
appliances should be accepted by the Court. Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded
by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that The Kerrville Bar Association be: and is
