the approval for record of a certain plat and plan of an addition known as "Guadalupe Heights
P7o. 2"; And it appearing to the court that said plat, plan and dedication is in due and legal
form, and that the field notes and plat thereof are prepared by a licensed land surveyor of the
State of Texas, snd truly delineate the property on question: It is therefore ordered ghat the
same be admitted to record in the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, and that
this order be spread upon the minutes of this court.

This the 20th day of July, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the Court, the claims
and accounts filed against Kerr County, since July 17th, A. D. 1953, against the R. & B.• R. ',V.
Fd. F. .:I. 1350. It appearing to the Court that said claims are true and just and should', be
allowed out of the respective funds. Therefore, by motion duly made by Coff, seconded try Powell,
and unanimously approved by the Court, snd the County Clerk, be, and is hereby directed to draw
vouchers against the County Treasurer on both cla i*ns filed in like amounts therefor, payable
out of the R. & B. R. N. Fd. F. PaI. 1350, to the parties entitled thereto.
