ON this the 20th day of July, 1953, came on to be heard the application of A. C. Erwin Por
the approval for record of a certain plat and plan of an addition known as "Guadalupe Heights
110. 2"; And it appearing to the court that said plat, plan and dedication is in due anct legal
form, and that the field notes and plat thereof are prepared by a licensed land surveyor of the
State of Texas, and truly delineate the property on question: It is therefore ordered ghat the
same be adnitted to record in the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, and that
this order be spread upon the minutes of this court.

This the 20th day of July, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the Court, the c7.aims
and accounts filed against Kerr County, since July 17th, A. D. 1953, against the R. 3c B.. R. aV.
Fd. F. T;1. 1350. It appearing to the Court that said claims are true and just and should be
allowed out of the respective funds. Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded t;y Povaell,
and unanimously approved by the Court, and the County Clerk, be, and is hereby directed to draw
vouchers against the County Treasurer on both cla ims filed in like amounts therefor, payable
out of the R. & B. R. PJ. Fd. F. TaT. 1350, to the parties entitled thereto.

Tdo. 6182. ACCEPTATvCE OF DOPIATIOT~ FROIt? THE TDuRRVILLE BAR ASSOCIATION.
This the 20th day of July, A. D. 1953, came on to be presented to the Court by Darrell Lochte,
Attorney At Law, acting on behalf of The Kerrville Bar Association, requesting permission to
install electric light appliances in the District Court Room on the wall behind the District
Judge`s Chamber. It appearing to the Court that The Kerrville Bar Association should be: familiar ,-.
with the kind of lights appropriate for this location and that such donation of such electrical
appliances should be accepted by the Court. Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded
by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that The Kerrville Bar Association be: and is
