This the 20th day of July, A• D. 1953, came on to be presented to the Court by Darrell Lochte, Attorney At Law, acting on behalf of The Kerrville Bar Association, requesting permission to install electric light appliances in the District Court Room on the wall behind the District Judge's Chamber. It appearing to the Court that The Kerrville Bar Association should be familiar with the kind of lights appropriate for this location and that such donation of such electrical appliances should be accepted by the Court.
