Nugent, County Attorney, the necessity for the Commissioners' Court to enter an order on the minutes, to accept a deed from the Jarmon Estate on the real estate situated across from the Catholic Church on T,Iain Street, with the specific understanding that the public building thereon will be dedicated to the veterans and war dead, subject to the deed to be hereinafter submitted to the Court, and it appearing to the Court that such request should be complied with. Therefore, by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court that the Commissioners* Court of Kerr County agree to accept a deed from the Jarmon Estate for the real estate situated across from the Catholic Church on Main Street with the specific understand- ing that the public building thereof tiu>u1d be dedicated to the Veterans and uTar dead, subject to the deed to be submitted. o-o-o-o-o-o-o No. 6185.
