Pdugent, a claim in the amount of X175.00 for legal services in the condemnation proceedings of

689. It appearing to the Court that T~1r. TSugent should be entitled to100.00 out of F. b2. 1350
and X75.00, out of F. Td. 689, for legal services rendered in County Court proceedings in Cause
X400, State of Texas vs. T.4arietta Kitchens, and #403, State of Texas vs. Gustav Oetterman. There-
fore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously appro~red by the Court,
that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to draw vouchers in favor
of James E. Nugent, Attorney At Law, in the amount of X100.00, payable out of R. & B. R. 4Y. Fd.

No. 6184. RESOLUTION 'Il0 ACCEPT DEED FRO^T DART>70N ESTATE, IN RE: AJAR T.lIEMORIAL BUILDING.
This the 20th day of July, A. D. 1953, came on to be presented to the Cocirt by James E.
Nugent, County Attorney, the necessity for the Commissioners' Court to enter ain order on the
minutes, to accept a deed from the Jarmon Estate on the real estate situated across Prom the
Catholic Church on T~Tain Street, with the specific understanding that the public building thereon
will be dedicated to the veterans and war dead, subject to the deed to be hereinafter submitted
to the Court, and it appearing to the Court that such request should be complied with. Therefore,
by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court that
the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County agree to accept a deed from the Jarmon. Estate for the
real estate situated across from the Catholic Church on Main Street with the specific understand-
ing that the public building thereof would be dedicated to the Veterans and C1ar dead, subject
to the deed to be submitted.

ed by Goff, and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be,
and are hereby directed to draw voucher in favor of v°1m. R. T.leredith, C.P.A., for the balance of
the first six months, for auditing Kerr County finances, in the amount of v~300.00, payable out
of the General Fund of the County. Further, that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be direct
ed to pay sai3 auditor the sum of X100.00 at the expiration of each month heresafter for the year
1953, out of the General Fund of Kerr County, which amounts would also includE; an annual audit
report for said year 1953.
