Nugent, County Attorney, the necessity for the Commissioners' Court to enter ain order on the minutes, to accept a deed from the Jarmon Estate on the real estate situated across Prom the Catholic Church on T~Tain Street, with the specific understanding that the public building thereon will be dedicated to the veterans and war dead, subject to the deed to be hereinafter submitted to the Court, and it appearing to the Court that such request should be complied with. Therefore, by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court that the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County agree to accept a deed from the Jarmon.
