Nugent, County Attorney, the necessity for the Commissioners' Court to enter an order on the minutes, to accept a deed from the Jarmon Estate on the real estate situated across from the Catholic Church on Main Street, •raith the specific understanding that the public building thereon will be dedicated to the veterans and war dead, subject to the deed to be hereinafter submitted to the Court, and it appearing to the Court that such request should be complied with.
