RODGERS, of Kerr County, Texas, for the approval oP a plat and field notes anti dedication of an
Addition to the town of Ingram, Kerr County, Texas, and being a part of the 1;39 acres out of
Survey 128, Jonas Harrison, Kerr County, Texas, described in Volume 72, page 284, Deed Records
of Kerr County, 'Pexas, and which Addition is to be known as w00DLAND ADDITION N0. 2, to Ingram,
Kerr County, 'T'exas, containing 18 lots; and, after having considered the same, it appearing to
the Court that said Addition dedicated and the field notes thereof meet with i:he requirements of
law:
TT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that said Addition, known as
7JOODLAND ADDITION N0. 2, to Ingramm, Kerr County, Texas, be admitted to record„ and the County
Clerk of Kerr County, 'T'exas, is hereby directed to record the same in the Deect Records of Kerr
County, Texas.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this order be spread upon the i.linutes of the Commissioners Court

This the 6th day of August, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the Court, the applica-
tion of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, for his authority to appoint and depuitize Dorothy venabL
as Deputy County Clerk, and it appearing to the court that said officer is entitled to said
deputy and that said application should be approved; therefore, by motion duly made by Bartel,
seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said officer is authorized to
deputize said Dorothy Venable, and that said appointment to date from August 6th, 1953, and to
continue in force until revoked by said officer or to be otherwise terminated and that the com-
pensation of said deputy is to be p~:id solely from the fees of said office.
