It ap_rearirf; to the Court that the bid of Jacl; Harr:pson consisted of laying a pipe line at the price of X189.50, installation of a gas burner in the amount of $880.60, with the option of a safety valve at a cost of x42.00, the aggregate bid being in the amount of X1,111.50. The bid of J. T. 7r'illiams, which covered the laying of the has pipe line and the installation of a gas burner was in the aggregate of X937.00. The Lone sitar Gas Co. presented a bid on the furnishing and erection of the gas burner only in the aggre~-ate amount of ~962.OC. ~7herefore the Court is of the opinion that the awarding of said bids should be withheld until proper inspection is made by the Inspec- tor of the City of Kerrville.
