This the 11th day of August, A• D. 1953, by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by CoYf, ', and unanimously approved by the Court that the Commissioners' Court noting in behalf of Kerr County, hereby adopts a resolution of the State Game and Fish Commission as provided by Section 9 of Bouse Bill 267, whioh reeds as follows, to-wit: "Orders, rules and regulations adopted by said Commission shall become effective fifteen (15) days after their adoption, except in case of emergency as provided in this Act, and shall continue in full force end effect until they shall expire by their own terms, or are revoked or ' amended by said Commission, or except in case of disapproval by the Commissioner's Court of the ~,aounty in which the rule, regulation, or order is to be in effect. The Commissioner's Court is leech county affected by the rule, regulation, or order of the Commission shall approve or disa- ~Ipprove the Commission's rule, regulation, or order at its next regular meeting occurring more (than five (5) days after the same rule, regulation, or order is promulgated.
