and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct aml should ba approved, there
fore by motion duly made by Bartel, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court.

6212. ADOPTION OF RESOLUfZON 6F GAME AND FISH COMMLSSION `10 CONTINUE GAME LAW NOW IN FDLL
AND EFFECT.
This the 11th day of August, A• D. 1953, by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by COPY,
and unanimously approved by the Court that the Commissioners' Court eating in behalf of Kerr
County, hereby adopts a resolution of the State Game and Fish Commission as provided by Section
9 of House Bill 267, whioh reeds as follows, to-wit:
"Orders, rules and regulations adopted by said Commission shall become efPectiva fifteen
(15) days after their adoption, except in case of emergency as provided in this Act, and shall
continue in full force end effect until they shall expire by their own terms, or are revoked or'
amended by said Commission, or except in case of disapproval by the Commissioner's Caurt of the
county in whioh the rule, regulation, or order is to be in effect. The Commissioner's Court in
leach county affected by the rule, regulation, or order of the Commission shall approve or disa-
~Ipprove the Commission`s rule, regulation, or order at its next regular meeting oaourring more
(than five (5) days after the same rule, regulation, or order is promulgated. If approved the
rule, regulation, or order becomes effective immediately in accordance with the terms of this
Act. IS disapproved no public hearing on a similar proposal for the county in whioh the Commis-
jsioner's Court so disapproved said rule, regulation, or order may be held for a period of six
