Henry Blom and wife, I~iay Etta Blom, to said State of Texas, as aforesaid.
It is mutually agreed by the parties hereto that all conditions and stipulations hereinabove
set forth sahll be applicable only to that 30 foot wide strip of land deeded to the State by the
said parties of the Second Part of the south side of said Henry Blom •s property, said strip con-
taining approximately .146 acres of land, and shall in no wise affect a ny portion or imprave-
ments on the land remaining in the name of Henry Blom adjacent to this strip so deeded to the
State of Texas.

seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the swm of X5,137.88 from the Road and Bridge
Fund to Kerrville-Ingram R. & B. R. ';J. Fd. Highway ~7, to take care of the present deficit of
;p50.82, and the x'5,087.00 on the final settlement with Henry Blom ahd wife.

This the 27th day of August, A• D. 1955, came on to be considered by the Court, the claims
and accounts filed against Kerr County, since August 19th, A. D. 1953, against the General Fund
and R. & B. 13. It appearing to the Court that said claims are true and just and should be
alloyed out of the respective funds. Therefore, by .,potion duly made by Bartel, seconded by Goff,
and unanimously approved by the Court, and the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw
vouchers against the County Treasurer on all claims filed in like amounts therefor, payable out
of the respective foods to the parties entitled thereto.
