Henry Blom and wife, I~Say Etta Blora, to said State of Texas, as aforesaid.
It is mutually agreed by the parties hereto that all conditions and stipulations hereinabove
set forth saall be applicable only to that 30 foot wide strip of land deeded to the State by the
said parties of the Second Part of the south side of said Henry B1om's property, said strip con-
taining approximately .146 acres of land, and shall in no wise affect a_ny portion or improve-
wants on the land remaining in the name oP Henry Blom adjacent to this strip so deeded to the
State of Texas.

This the 27th day of Augu=~t, A. D. 1953, after motion havin@; been duly made by Guthrie,
seconded by Fovaell, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Clerlc and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of x`5,137.82 from the Road and Bridge
Fund to Kerrville-Ingram R. & B. R. ";l. F3. Highway 27, to take care of the present deficit of
,50.82, and the x"5,087.00 on the final settlement with Henry Blom and wife.

This the 27th day of August, A• D. 1953, came on to be considered by the Court, the claims
and accounts Piled against Kerr County, since August 19th, A. D. 1953, sgainst the General Fund
and R. & B. r3. It appearing to the Court that said claims are true and just and should be
allowed out of the respective funds. Therefore, by riot ion 3uly made by Bartel, seconded by Goff,
and unanimously approved by the Court, and the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw
vouchers against the County Treasurer on all claims filed in like amounts therefor, payable out
of the respective funds to the parties entitled thereto.
