It is mutually agreed by the parties hereto that all conditions and stipulations hereinabove
set forth saall be applicable only to that 30 foot wide strip of land deeded to the State by the
said parties of the Second Part of the south side of said Henry Blom*s property, said strip con-
taining approximately .146 acres of land, and shall in no wise affect a ny portion or improve-
menu on the land remaining in the name oP Henry Blom adjacent to this strip so deeded to the
State of Texas.

and accounts filed against Kerr County, since August 19th, A. D. 1953, against the General Fund
and R. ~ B. ~3. It appearing to the Court that said claims are true and just and should be
allovaed out of the respective funds. Therefore, by motion duly trade by Bartel, seconded by Goff,
and unanimously approved by the Court, and the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw
vouchers against the County Treasurer on all claims filed in like amounts therefor, payable out
of the respective funds to the parties entitled thereto.
